The EagleWorks Institute is the place where the really perplexing problems that face organizations in their quest toward greater success, impact and purpose are tackled. Yes, we see organizations as an amalgamation of the collective destinies of their stakeholders, customers and employees. As such, any organization has the hope of aligning these purposes toward something of lasting significance for society as a whole. Since its inception, the EagleWorks Institute has developed models for use by advisory practitioners and managers to positively impact teams with innovative, cutting edge ideas and concepts. This is the source of many of our “outside the box” seminars and consulting tools. Additionally, we are constantly working to gather information from articles, white papers and videos that we see as moving the organizational development industry forward.
As such, the EagleWorks Institute has developed a transformational process, whereby any organization can discover, unlock and live their destiny. We call this intervention "The Footprint of Lions," which includes innovations like the “Tau of Strategy,” “Majestic Prominence,” “Pride Building,” and “Beautiful Strength,” all of which are designed to provide a company the agility and balance of a lion, in meeting the needs of its employees, customers and stakeholders.
